Hello, I’m Kimberly

Pilates Instructor

Hello! I’m Kimmie, and I’ve always had a love for movement. Growing up in NJ, I was active in sports, which sparked my lifelong passion for fitness. This led me to become certified in Barre and Mat Pilates (through Equinox), followed by completing my Classical Comprehensive Teacher Training at Equilibrium Pilates in Montclair, NJ. Each step has allowed me to deepen my knowledge of the body and movement, and it fuels my commitment to ongoing learning.

I believe in the transformative power of Pilates—how it builds strength, balance, and confidence in every body. My goal is to make Pilates accessible to everyone, whether you're just starting out or looking to deepen your practice. I’m here to guide you on a journey of mindful movement that supports your unique goals.

It’s my mission to share the benefits of Pilates and help you feel strong, balanced, and empowered in your body, every day. I can’t wait to move with you!

Best advice I received about Pilates

In Pilates, moving slowly and with control is more effective than rushing through exercises. Slower movements allow you to focus on precision, engage your muscles fully, and build strength safely.
