I’ve always had a passion for movement, growing up immersed in sports and developing a lifelong love for fitness. This journey led me to pursue certifications in Barre and comprehensive beginner and intermediate mat Pilates, followed by classical comprehensive teacher-training program, each step deepening my understanding of the body and movement. I’m dedicated to continual learning - both for my own health and to help others achieve their fitness goals. My mission is to share the power of mindful movement, building strength, balance, and confidence in every body, every day.
